After a few months we saw no changes: there were no solutions we felt comfortable
recommending to somebody we knew. Thus in 2009 was born DocMeIn, a
scheduling solution that would become part of the next generation of healthcare
IT ecosystem.
In developing DocMeIn, we listened closely to our early users, solo
providers and office managers at small group practices. We took
our time to get the details right, rejecting obvious opportunities to grow
quickly at the expense of the personal relationships we cultivated in
order to create a product that truly addressed our users' needs. What we have
built through this process is a product that delights other users with
similar needs.
In DocMeIn, your world revolves around appointments, but they are not the be-all
end-all of our solution. We use patient data to drive practice efficiencies and
patient intimacy with a variety of automated messaging capabilities, helping you
orchestrate and reinforce your patient-centered administrative workflow.
Despite growing each passing day,
